The Unforgotten Mobile Experience

Victims of gun violence should not be forgotten. My agency was working on a installation to memorialize gun victims, I was asked to add a layer on top to tell the story deeper digitally and came up with a mobile app that you can use to scan the statue's nametag, once scanned it revealed a powerful glimpse into their lives lost.

Halloween Comes to Life at Kmart

My client dared me to make the scariest Halloween ad he'd ever seen. I delivered. Typical communications from retailers feature cheesy catalog photography to promote their products. But Kmart is no typical retailer so we brought Halloween to life in this epically scary video. Designed to auto-play on Facebook there's a ton of misdirects that draw the viewer in for a scary surprise. Watch if you dare.

KFC Corsage

KFC wanted to reach a younger audience, what better way than to be a part of every young teen's biggest night, prom. We workedwith a real florist to create a product that teens could purchase, the KFC Chicken Corsage. The world went wild with disbelief. We were featured on almost every news publication around the world and sold out in only a matter of hours.

Bosstracker 5000

My old CCO, Jason Peterson was a hard guy to find, that's why I created a device that made his seat tweet. Everytime he sat down or got up the BossTracker5000 took a picture and tweeted it. Written in Processing and Arduino, the project harnessed social media in an unexpected way by bridging the gap between digital & physical.

Kmart Jingle Joes Interactive

When we shot the iconic Jingle Joes spot we knew the world was going to love it, that's why we created an interactive version in HTML5. Simply use your keyboard or tap with your finger on a mobile device and you can create a custom holiday jingle from the Joes, you can also record it and send it to your friends via social media.

Handcrafted by Cracker Barrel

Cracker Barrel needed to redefine it's brand to a younger audience, we helped them by emphasizing the handcrafted values of the brand through a full 360 degree campaign, showcasing everything right down to the biscuits being handmade with love which they actually are, I had a Southern mom scold me in their test kitchen for not eating all her pie.

We introduced Ursus Vodka into the social media universe with an ultra awesome party bear mascot infused with a lot of karaoke love in a Facebook application featuring Ursus, the party bear. We licensed the best 90's tunes we could afford like "Whomp there it is" and let the public go wild.

A lot of people who shop at Kmart don't have credit cards, but at Kmart they can still shop like a boss. Simply reserve online and pick up in store. This little granny brings that feeling to life in a fun piece of content that generated millions of hits online.

A street level window installation that built in openFrameworks, it used facial tracking technology to change peoples faces as they walk by. It's seamless & invisible technology so anyone can play with it, from a grandma to a toddler, all they have to do is have a face and a little time.

The smoothest vodka needed an even smoother mobile app for the iPhone to tell you where the eff to find it. The Effen bar locator shows you the best places to go nearby using Augmented Reality and Geo-Location.

KFC was becoming irrelevant to the millennial generation so we set out to help get them back in the conversation. We created dozens of pieces of content, invited the public to participate and quickly blew up all over social with amazingly entertaining work.

KMART SPRING SWIM

The winter of 2013 was BRUTAL due to the polar vortex. People were more than ready for spring to come so they could escape and were ready to dream of doing so. We created a 30 second spot along with an interactive HTML5 game that celebrated stripping off your overcoat and finally getting to hit the beach. In the game you had to match the girl to the bathing suit she had on but there's a twist, she will change places. Not an easy task.

Sprint EVO3D: Be a 3d Star

To create excitement around the launch of the new HTC EVO 3D phone from Sprint and compete with all the summer blockbuster films, We created a first of it's kind simulated 3D movie trailer that let you upload your photo to put yourself in the action. The campaign was wildly successful with over 6.5 million hits in just 6 weeks.

Music visualization is one of my personal passions, tinkering in Processing/JAVA I built an application that created real-time generative visuals using particles that dance hypnotically to the music reminescent of ink flowing in water.

KFC CARL'S RANT

I love Aqua Teen Hunger force and I was even more overjoyed to find out that we would be working with them to create a piece with Carl to run on air and online as a promo, we collaborated with Adult Swim to create a rant from the man himself about all things chicken and most importantly, how HE KFCs.

Kmart Karoake

Kmart has dozens of amazing things it offers on top of the everyday shopping experience through it's integrated retail platforms, things like reserve online, curbside pickup and more. It's a little surreal... sort of like this video. We skewer the surreal world of karaoke videos with a song that oddly enough... will get stuck in your head.

OfficeMax wanted to make a splash on Facebook for the holidays coming off the back of their infamous Elf Yourself campaign. We created a holiday village called Elfmas Town filled with super fun games for everyone. Herd kittens away from a yeti, make G-bread bust our a personalized rhyme or have reindeer ice-skate battles, best part is that you could earn goodies and gifts all for just doing what you do best, have fun.

Belvita: Hello World

Belvita was a breakfast cookie Kraft was launching in US, it was designed to provide energy and sustain you throughout the day with no crash. Our idea was to purchase small tv remnant media bits in the morning, almost as if we were pirating the airwaves and jar people into waking and greeting the world with excitement and little laughter, all thanks to Belvita.

Alpo: Dog Want

Pavlov taught us that dogs associate sounds with food and eating. What sound could be more iconic to a dog than the sound of a can opening and what is going through it's head when it hears it? We set out to capture that emotion in a series of vignettes.
